Board Certified Otolaryngologist

Dr. Campbell earned a bachelor of science degree in Biology from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 1978, and his medical doctoral degree from Nebraska Medical College in 1981.

He completed his surgical internship at the Veteran’s Administration Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa in 1982. Dr. Campbell became board certified in Otolaryngology in 1986 after his four-year residency in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison, Wisconsin. He was awarded a Fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and studied with Professor Dr. Claus Walter in Heiden, Switzerland. Dr. Campbell is currently a member of the American Medical Association, the Indiana State Medical Society and the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, and the American Board of Otolaryngology. Dr. Campbell moved to the South Bend area in 1986 and has practiced Otolaryngology for over 34 years. He enjoys college football, golf, fishing and photography.

Audiologist

Michelle Miller holds her master’s degree from the University of South Florida and has practiced Audiology in a variety of clinical settings for over 15 years.

She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Michelle’s philosophy is to help her patients understand not only their hearing loss but how it relates to their overall well-being. She tries to create an atmosphere where her patients and their families can share their experiences so she can partner with them to find solutions to the many communication difficulties specific to hearing loss. She enjoys helping her patients navigate any feelings of denial, frustration, or isolation that often are a result of hearing loss as well as celebrating with them the joy of hearing again through treatment with hearing devices.

Sue Anderson, Family Nurse Practitioner

Sue Anderson, PhD, RN, FNP-BC

Family Nurse Practitioner

Dr. Sue Anderson received her BSN from IU-South Bend in 1993 and her master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 1997 from Purdue University-Calumet.

In 2011, she earned a PhD in nursing from the University of Arizona. She is nationally certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She worked for three years in family practice at Holm Memorial Clinic in Plymouth before joining Campbell Ear, Nose and Throat in February 2001 when Dr. Campbell opened his practice. In addition to working with Dr. Campbell, Dr Anderson is an Associate Professor of Nursing at St. Mary’s College and serves as the Family Nurse Practitioner Program Coordinator in addition to her teaching responsibilities in the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program.

Teresa Jodway,  Pediatric Nurse Practioner

Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Dr. Teresa Jodway received her BSN (1991), Masters (1995) and DNP (2016) from Indiana University/Purdue University of Indianapolis.

She is nationally certified by the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. Teresa worked as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for Ancilla Pediatrics, Health Family Center, and Plymouth Pediatrics before joining Dr. Campbell at Campbell Ear, Nose and Throat in January 2002. She has also worked with Dr. Marilyn Bull, a developmental Pediatrician from Riley Children’s Hospital, at a Developmental Clinic in South Bend. In addition to her work with Dr. Campbell, Teresa is an associate professor of Nursing at Bethel College.

Family Nurse Practitioner

Diane received her BSN from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio in 1980. In 1987 Diane received her MBA from West Virginia University.

Diane received her master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Indiana University South Bend in 2011. Diane is nationally certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. In addition to working at Campbell Ear, Nose and Throat, Diane also works at Goshen Hospital and is a Nurse Practitioner for Goshen Public Schools Employee Healthcare Center.
